Tex Mex Chicken Salad

Ingredients

  • 3 pcs Magnolia Chicken Breast Fillet
  • salt and pepper (to taste)
  • 1/2 cup store-bought salsa
  • 2 pcs flour tortilla, toasted and cut into wedges
  • 4 cups romaine lettuce
  • 4 pcs green tomatoes, cut into bite-sized pieces

Instructions

Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Cook on the grill or pan grill until fully cooked but not dry. Cut into cubes. Set aside.
Toss salsa, flour tortilla, lettuce and green tomatoes together. Top with chicken pieces.

Serves 3.
