Kenchi with Salami



  1. Melt butter in a heated pan.

  2. Sauté garlic and onions. Be careful not to burn the ingredients.

  3. After, add salami, kenchi, and grated cheese.

  4. Add broth, pork and beans then leeks.

  5. Season with salt, pepper, fish sauce, and soy sauce.

  6. Serving good for 12 pax.
