  • 1/4 cup Dari Creme Classic Margarine
  • 1 tsp garlic, chopped
  • 1/4 cup onions, chopped
  • 1/2 cup red and green bell peppers, chopped
  • 1/4 cup celery, chopped
  • 1/4 cup carrots, chopped
  • 100 gm elbow macaroni
  • 1 cup Magnolia Chicken Breasts, boiled and shredded
  • 130 gm Purefoods Vienna Sausage Tidbits, chopped into cubes
  • 1 pc chicken bouillon cube dissolved in 4 cups chicken stock (reserved from boiling chicken breast)
  • 1 cup Magnolia Full Cream Milk
  • 1 cup cabbage, shredded
  • salt and pepper (to taste)


  1. Cook macaroni according to package directions.

  2. Drain and set aside.

  3. Melt margarine in a saucepan.

  4. Sauté garlic and onions.

  5. Add bell peppers, celery, and carrots.

  6. Add Vienna sausage and let cook for a minute.

  7. Add macaroni and shredded chicken breast and stir in chicken broth.

  8. Let boil then add milk.

  9. Season with salt and pepper.

  10. Let boil for 5 minutes more.

  11. Add shredded cabbage and turn off heat.

  12. Serve warm.
