Chicken Corn Chowder

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Magnolia Gold Butter
  • 1 pc onion, chopped
  • 250 g potatoes, cubed
  • 1/2 cup Cream of Corn
  • 1/2 cup Magnolia Fresh Milk
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose cream
  • 1/4 kilo Magnolia Chicken Breast Fillet, boiled and cubed
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a pan and sauté onions. Set aside.

  2. In a stockpot with a small amount of water, cook potatoes until tender.

  3. Add creamed corn, milk, cooked onions, and chicken.

  4. Simmer for 15 minutes then, season with salt and pepper.

  5. Serve hot.
