Chicken Corn Chowder

If you want a light, creamy, and slightly sweet soup on a rainy day, you?ll enjoy a bowl of Chicken Corn Chowder.
- 2 tbsp Magnolia Gold Butter
- 1 pc onion, chopped
- 250 g potatoes, cubed
- 1/2 cup Cream of Corn
- 1/2 cup Magnolia Fresh Milk
- 1/2 cup all-purpose cream
- 1/4 kilo Magnolia Chicken Breast Fillet, boiled and cubed
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
Melt butter in a pan and sauté onions. Set aside.
In a stockpot with a small amount of water, cook potatoes until tender.
Add creamed corn, milk, cooked onions, and chicken.
Simmer for 15 minutes then, season with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot.
