Chicken Binakol

Procedure

  1. Place buko juice in a stockpot.

  2. Add chicken, potatoes, tomatoes, onions, kamias, peppercorn and buko meat.

  3. Season with salt and pepper.

  4. Boil then simmer until chicken is cooked.

  5. Optional: Serve it in coconut shells to make the dish more fun to eat.
