Chicken Binakol cooked with coconut water serves a tropical taste that makes your chicken servings cooler than ever.
- 1 kilo Magnolia Chicken Adobo Cut
- 2 pcs large potatoes, quartered
- 1/2 cup tomatoes, sliced
- 1/2 cup onions, sliced
- 3/4 cup kamias, sliced
- 5 pcs peppercorns
- 2 pcs buko, reserve the juice and scoop buko meat
- salt and pepper (to taste)
Place buko juice in a stockpot.
Add chicken, potatoes, tomatoes, onions, kamias, peppercorn and buko meat.
Season with salt and pepper.
Boil then simmer until chicken is cooked.
- Optional: Serve it in coconut shells to make the dish more fun to eat.
