Ingredients

  • 1 kilo Magnolia Chicken Adobo Cut
  • 2 pcs large potatoes, quartered
  • 1/2 cup tomatoes, sliced
  • 1/2 cup onions, sliced
  • 3/4 cup kamias, sliced
  • 5 pcs peppercorns
  • 2 pcs buko, reserve the juice and scoop buko meat
  • salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Place buko juice in a stockpot.

  2. Add chicken, potatoes, tomatoes, onions, kamias, peppercorn and buko meat.

  3. Season with salt and pepper.

  4. Boil then simmer until chicken is cooked.

  5. Optional: Serve it in coconut shells to make the dish more fun to eat.
