We’re celebrating Chinese New Year with a cheesy twist with this fun snack for the whole family. Kung Hei Fat Choi!
- 5 sheet lumpia wrapper
- 5 slices chocolate tikoy
- 5 slices cheddar cheese
- oil enough to fry the cheesy tikoy lumpia
Place a slice of tikoy and a slice of cheese per sheet. Repeat this for the other slices.
Fold and lock the wrapper. Use water to seal the edges.
Place the tikoy lumpia in a pan with oil over medium-high heat. Fry until golden brown.
Transfer to a plate topped with tissue to remove excess oil.
