Buko pandan with lots of yummy cream make a perfect combination for a refreshing local dessert! This recipe shows you how to make it sweet and easy.
- 32 oz or 2 packages of shredded coconut
- 1 pack all-purpose cream
- 1 can (14 oz) condensed milk
- 1 1/2 cups coconut gel (nata de coco)
- 2 cans green gulaman jelly, sliced in cubes or 1 box of gulaman jelly
- 1 tsp pandan essence
- 1/2 cup small sago (optional)
Combine all ingredients in a bowl (shredded coconut/buko, gulaman, nata de coco, all purpose cream, condensed milk). Mix well.
You can add a bit of coconut/buko juice for more flavor.
- Refrigerate. Best served when cold.
