- 1 avocado
- 2-3 tbsps sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 - 1/2 cup non-fat milk
- 6-8 ice cubes
Slice the avocado in half. Scoop the avocado flesh and put it in a blender.
Add the ice cubes, non-fat milk, and condensed milk.
- Taste and add condensed milk until desired consistency and sweetness are achieved.
