Ingredients

  • 1 avocado
  • 2-3 tbsps sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 - 1/2 cup non-fat milk
  • 6-8 ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Slice the avocado in half. Scoop the avocado flesh and put it in a blender.

  2. Add the ice cubes, non-fat milk, and condensed milk.

  3. Taste and add condensed milk until desired consistency and sweetness are achieved.
