Garlic Shrimp Pasta



  1. In a large pot with boiling water and oil, cook pasta until al dente. Season with salt. Drain and set aside.

  2. Wash shrimp and set aside.

  3. In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter and add shrimps. Cook until the shrimps start to curl and turn slightly pink. Add garlic and cook for 5 to 7 minutes.

  4. Add oil and continue to stir until shrimps are pink and curled.

  5. Mix the pasta. Add seasonings (Italian season powder mix, salt, pepper, and a dash of red pepper flakes) and pour saved pasta water. Amount according to your preference. Tip: You may add ΒΌ water then see if it requires more.

  6. Toss the ingredients and transfer to a serving dish.
