  1. Heat oil in the pan over medium-high heat. Place the chicken. Wait until golden brown.

  2. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Set aside.

  3. Brush the top part of the bread with butter. Toast until golden brown.

  4. Place chicken and keso de bola. Brush with desired amount of pesto sauce. Serve while hot.
