Pork Barbecue Sandwich



  1. Marinate pork in soda, catsup, sugar, garlic, soy sauce, pepper, and salt for at least 2 hours.

  2. Drain and pan fry.

  3. Meanwhile, toast the mini baguette.

  4. Arrange cooked meat pieces onto split side of baguette and top with bell peppers.

  5. Cover with bread and serve.

  6. Servings good for four.
