Pork Barbecue Sandwich

Ingredients
- 1/2 kg Monterey Pork Shoulder (Kasim), thinly sliced
- 1 cup lime soda
- 1/4 cup tomato catsup
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tbsp garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 4 pcs mini baguettes
- 1/2 cup bell pepper, cut into strips then roasted
Instructions

Marinate pork in soda, catsup, sugar, garlic, soy sauce, pepper, and salt for at least 2 hours.

Drain and pan fry.

Meanwhile, toast the mini baguette.

Arrange cooked meat pieces onto split side of baguette and top with bell peppers.

Cover with bread and serve.
- Servings good for four.
