Kesong Puti with Pesto Sandwich

The perfect combination of light Kesong Puti and aromatic pesto. Delish! This is an easy, no-frill snack for both cheese and pesto lovers.
- 2 slices bread
- 2 teaspoons butter
- slices kesong puti
- pesto spread or sauce available in the grocery (you may use pesto spread made from scratch)
Place the kesong puti and pesto spread in between two slices. Amount of cheese and spread will be according to your preference. The cheesier, the better, of course!
Put the butter in the pan over medium-low heat. Mix a teaspoon of pesto with the melted butter.
Once butter is melted, place the sandwich and wait until each side is golden brown.
