It's time to have more fun snacks with sausage franks. Trust us, your kid will thank you for it.
- 6 pcs Purefoods German Franks
- 6 pcs hotdog bun, split in half
- 200 gms Purefoods Honeycured Bacon
- 1/2 cup white onion, chopped
- 4 cups cabbage, thinly shredded
- 1/2 tbsp mustard
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- salt and pepper (to taste)
Place chopped bacon on a medium-sized frying pan.
Cook until crisp and fat is rendered. Take out bacon from fat. Reserve the bacon oil.
On the same pan, sauté onions until translucent. Add cabbage and cook until slightly wilted.
Add mustard and vinegar then mix in crispy bacon.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Place German Franks into hotdog buns.
Top with the cabbage mixture.
- Serving good for six.
