Breakfast Overload Sandwich



1.Press a hole in the center of the bread slice. You may use a biscuit cutter or anything available in the kitchen to make a round shape in the middle.

  1. Melt the butter in the pan or skillet over medium low heat. Place the bread and crack the egg into the hole of the bread. Sprinkle the egg with a pinch of salt.

  2. Wait for 30 to 45 seconds and slowly flip the other side of the egg. Don’t forget to sprinkle the egg with salt.

  3. Make sure the bread absorbs the butter until golden brown. Set aside.

  4. Fry the spam slices and bacon. Set aside.

  5. You may use mac and cheese of your choice. For this recipe, we used Kraft Mac and Cheese. To prep:

a. Bring water to boil in medium saucepan. Add Macaroni; cook 7 to 8 min. or until tender, stirring occasionally.

b. Drain. (Do not rinse.) Return macaroni to pan.

c. Add margarine, milk and Cheese Sauce Mix; mix well.

  1. Assemble the sandwich and sink your teeth into this mighty breakfast meal. Always great with a cup of coffee or juice.
