Bologna and Grilled Asparagus Sandwich

Also known in Italy as the Mortadella, bologna is best paired with the ever-succulent and tender asparagus.

Ingredients

  • 1 pack Purefoods Cold Cuts- Bologna, 20 slices
  • 4 pcs large pan de sal, toasted and split lengthwise
  • 12 pcs asparagus, grilled
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 1/2 tbsp mustard
  • 1/2 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
  • 1/2 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
  • salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Whisk all dressing ingredients in a bowl until combined.

  2. Cover and chill.

  3. To assemble sandwich, divide bologna slices into the 4 pieces of bread.

  4. Top with 3 pieces of the grilled asparagus.

  5. Drizzle dressing over ham and asparagus.

  6. Serves 4 pax.
