Bologna and Grilled Asparagus Sandwich

Also known in Italy as the Mortadella, bologna is best paired with the ever-succulent and tender asparagus.
- 1 pack Purefoods Cold Cuts- Bologna, 20 slices
- 4 pcs large pan de sal, toasted and split lengthwise
- 12 pcs asparagus, grilled
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 1/2 tbsp mustard
- 1/2 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
- 1/2 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
- salt and pepper (to taste)
Whisk all dressing ingredients in a bowl until combined.
Cover and chill.
To assemble sandwich, divide bologna slices into the 4 pieces of bread.
Top with 3 pieces of the grilled asparagus.
Drizzle dressing over ham and asparagus.
- Serves 4 pax.
