Put the three cheeses in between the two slices of bread. Amount of cheese will be according to your preference. (But there’s no such thing as too much cheese for cheese lovers like us!)
Place the butter over medium-low heat.
Once melted, put the sandwich in the pan and wait for each side to turn golden brown.
a. Mix the broth and tomato sauce in the saucepan over moderate heat.
b. Once the soup begins to boil, put the all –purpose cream into the mix and turn the heat to low.
c. Season with salt and pepper for 10 to 15 minutes and occasionally stir the soup until it boils.
d. Turn off the stove and let it cool for a while.
e. Transfer the soup to a blender and purée (to crush food into a thick, soft sauce) the soup.
