Yang Chow Fried Rice



  1. Sauté garlic and onions in hot oil.

  2. Add carrots and cook for 30 seconds.

  3. Add ground chicken and continue cooking over high heat for another 2 minutes.

  4. Add peas and cooked rice.

  5. Toss constantly and continue cooking for 3 minutes.

  6. Add egg and spring onions.

  7. Season with salt and drizzle with sesame oil.
