Sweet Chili Sausage Stir-Fry

Make your mornings better with this Sweet Chili Sausage Stir-Fry. Sweet, slightly spicy, and garlicky in a bite? Now, that?s a triple mood-upper!
- 2 tbsp oil
- 2 tbsp garlic, chopped
- 1/2 cup snow peas, trimmed
- 6 pcs Purefoods Beef Franks, sliced
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1 cup sweet-chili sauce
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 1/2 cups pineapple chunks, drained
- 4 cups rice, cooked
- 1/4 cup spring onions, chopped
Into a hot pan, pour the oil. Add garlic, followed by the snow peas and the beef franks. Stir-fry.
Add the rest of the ingredients--brown sugar, vinegar, sweet-chili sauce, and fish sauce.
Mix well and make sure that the sugar is melted.
Wait until the mixture boils to make sure that the vinegar is cooked.
Add the pineapple chunks and the cooked rice.
Mix everything together and start plating.
- Garnish with chopped spring onions.
