Sausage Parmigian-Style Rice

Tomatoes and cheese with rice? Featuring Purefoods Turkey Franks and other flavorful ingredients, this dish is a superstar!
- 6 pcs Purefoods Smoked Turkey Franks
- 2 tbsp oil
- 2 tbsp garlic, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup onion, chopped
- 1 cup green bell pepper, seeded and sliced into strips
- 4 cups cooked rice
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 can crushed tomatoes
- 1/4 cup black olives, sliced
- 1 tbsp sugar
- salt and pepper (to taste)
Heat oil in a pan. Sauté garlic and onions.
Add bell peppers and franks then cook until bell peppers are soft.
Add in the crushed tomatoes. Bring sauce to a boil then simmer.
Add in the sugar, salt, and pepper.
Turn off fire then add the olives.
Pour mixture on top of the rice.
Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top before serving.
- Serving good for four.
