Sausage Hickory Rice



  1. Melt margarine in a pan then sauté onions and corn.

  2. Add barbecue sauce. Bring mixture to a boil then add in the Beef Franks.

  3. Toss in the cooked rice and mix well until rice is well coated with the sauce.

  4. Add sugar and pepper.

  5. Mix well then top with chopped nuts before serving.

  6. Servings good for four.
