Caribbean Rice



  1. Melt margarine in a wok. Sauté onions and ginger until fragrant.

  2. Add bell peppers, peas, and Spiced Ham. Add in the curry powder and kasubha.

  3. Toss in the cooked rice.

  4. Mix everything well and season with salt and pepper.

  5. Top rice with fried ripe bananas.

  6. Serving good for four.
