Caribbean Rice

Ingredients
- 1/2 pack Purefoods Cold Cuts-Spiced Ham, cubed
- 1/4 cup margarine
- 1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp ginger, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup red bell pepper, seeded and cubed
- 1/2 cup green peas
- 1/2 tsp curry powder
- 1/2 tsp kasubha
- 4 cups cooked rice
- 4 pcs ripe bananas (saba), fried and sliced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- pinch pepper
Instructions

Melt margarine in a wok. Sauté onions and ginger until fragrant.

Add bell peppers, peas, and Spiced Ham. Add in the curry powder and kasubha.

Toss in the cooked rice.

Mix everything well and season with salt and pepper.

Top rice with fried ripe bananas.
- Serving good for four.
