BBQ Ham Rice

Ingredients

  • 1/2 pack Purefoods Cold Cuts- Bologna, 10 slices
  • 1/4 cup margarine with garlic
  • 1/2 cup store-bought barbecue sauce
  • 1/4 cup tomato ketchup
  • 4 cups cooked rice
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 cup roasted nuts, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Melt margarine in a pan then add in the barbecue sauce and ketchup.

  2. Bring mixture to a boil then add in the Bologna.

  3. Toss in the cooked rice and mix well until rice is well coated with the sauce.

  4. Add in the sugar and pepper.

  5. Mix well then top with chopped nuts before serving.
