BBQ Ham Rice

Barbecue-flavored rice with the smoked flavor of ham? Simple to do yet definitely delicious! Check out RecipeTV?s quick tutorial for this easy recipe.
- 1/2 pack Purefoods Cold Cuts- Bologna, 10 slices
- 1/4 cup margarine with garlic
- 1/2 cup store-bought barbecue sauce
- 1/4 cup tomato ketchup
- 4 cups cooked rice
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/4 cup roasted nuts, chopped (for garnish)
Melt margarine in a pan then add in the barbecue sauce and ketchup.
Bring mixture to a boil then add in the Bologna.
Toss in the cooked rice and mix well until rice is well coated with the sauce.
Add in the sugar and pepper.
- Mix well then top with chopped nuts before serving.
