Bacon-Wrapped Rice Roll




  1. Fry the bacon slices. Bacon should not be too crispy so it won’t break when you roll it around the rice. Set it aside.

  2. Transfer rice inside the rice ball shaper. Make sure to fill the spaces from the cover to the surface of the shaper. Close the shaper tightly.

  3. When the rolls are tightly secured, remove the rice rolls from the container.

  4. Wrap a slice of bacon around the rice roll. Repeat this step for the other rolls. You can even double the bacon slice if you want.

  5. Slice the cheese thinly. Put it on top of the bacon.

  6. Slice the oranges.

  7. Assemble everything inside the lunchbox.
