Pork Ribs with Tausi

A delicipus Chinese dish, Pork Ribs with Tausi mixed with black beans makes for a certified sumptuous meal for dinner.
- 1 kilo Monterey Pork Ribs, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
- 1/2 cup black tausi, sautéed
- 1 pc egg
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- 4 tsp fried garlic
- 4 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 2 tsp hot soy bean paste
- 3 pcs green chili peppers, cut into strips
- 1 tsp white pepper
Soak and wash pork ribs in tap water for 30 minutes. Drain.
Combine all ingredients in a bowl except green pepper.
Meanwhile, prepare steamer. Using soy dishes, arrange pork ribs mixture into it and top with green pepper strips.
Steam for 40 minutes.
- Serve in soy dishes.
