To prep the Monterey Pork Tenderloin:
Season it with salt, pepper, and all-purpose flour.
Drizzle some oil into the pan and sear the tenderloin until slightly brown on all sides.
To prep the sauce:
Using the same pan, sauté some onion and garlic and wait till golden.
After, pour the tomato sauce, soy sauce, and white wine into the pan.
Add bay leaf, a bit of sugar, salt, and pepper.
Wait till the amount of sauce is reduced to half.
While waiting, slice the Monterey Pork Tenderloin and place it in the pan together with sauce and wait for 10 minutes until it’s fully cooked.
Add some mushrooms and green olives.
