Pork and Bean Curd Guisado



  1. Heat the pan and pour the oil. Saute chopped onions, garlic, shrimp, and ground pork.

  2. Wait for the color to change. Add chopped tofu, rice wine, and oyster sauce.

  3. Cover the pan until the pork is thoroughly cooked.

  4. After, season with salt and pepper.

  5. Serving good for two to three persons.
