Pork and Bean Curd Guisado

We have the perfect solution to make your pork-and-beans combo appetizing for the whole family. Healthy? Check! Easy to cook? Check! Delicious? Of course!
- 2 tbsp Magnolia Nutri-Oil, Vegetable Oil
- 1 tsp garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp white onion
- 2 tbsp shrimps (medium-sized)
- 150 g Monterey Ground Pork
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp rice wine
- 1/4 cup firm tofu
- 2 tbsp kinchay
- salt and pepper (to taste)
Heat the pan and pour the oil. Saute chopped onions, garlic, shrimp, and ground pork.
Wait for the color to change. Add chopped tofu, rice wine, and oyster sauce.
Cover the pan until the pork is thoroughly cooked.
After, season with salt and pepper.
- Serving good for two to three persons.
