Pan-Fried Teriyaki Pork Steak

No need to go to fancy Japanese restaurants just to get a taste of expensive servings of teriyaki pork steak if you have this recipe!

Ingredients

  • 5 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp ginger
  • 5 pcs Monterey Pork Steak
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp Dari Creme Classic
  • 1 tbsp Magnolia Nutri-Oil, Vegetable Oil

Instructions

  1. Mix brown sugar, soy sauce, grated ginger, and sesame seed in a bowl.

  2. Transfer the pork steak to a freezer bag, then pour the marinated mixture into the bag, and shake it will. After, place the bag in the freezer and marinate for at least 15 minutes.

  3. After, fry the steak pieces on a heated pan with oil and melted butter.

  4. When cooked, season it with sesame seeds.
