Lasagna-Style Enchiladas

Ingredients
- 12 pcs 6-inch flour tortillas
- 1 cup store-bought chili con carne
- 1 pack Purefoods Premium Cold Cuts- Spiced
- 1/4 cup jalapeño peppers, sliced
- 1 cup store-bought salsa
- 1 cup Magnolia Cheezee Spread, warmed
- 1/2 cup sour cream
Instructions

Preheat oven to 3750F.

To assemble the enchiladas, place a tortilla then spoon some chili con karne.

Add another tortilla then place the cold cuts.

Add another layer of tortilla then some salsa and chopped jalapenos.

Cover with the last layer of tortilla.

Do this for 3 times.

Place the assembled lasagnas in an ovenproof baking dish.

Top lasagnas with sour cream and Cheezee spread.

Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes until cheese has turned golden brown.
- Serve hot.
