A recipe filled with ground pork, Vienna sausage, and cheddar cheese. Now this is the dish that kids and the kids at heart will surely love.
- 1/2 kilo Monterey Ground Pork
- 2 tbsp garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp white onion, chopped
- 2 tbsp pickle relish
- 1/4 cup Purefoods Vienna Sausage, mashed
- 1/2 cup red bell peppers, cut into cubes
- 2 tbsp carrots, cut into cubes
- 2 tbsp raisins
- 2 tbsp Magnolia Cheddar Cheese, grated
- 1/4 cup tomato sauce
- 1 pc egg, beaten
- salt and pepper (to taste)
Sauté onions, garlic, ground pork, salt, pickles, sausage, bell peppers, carrots and raisins. Allow to simmer.
Add cheese and tomato sauce until the cheese melts.
Allow to cool then add the eggs. Combine well.
Prepare 6 “ llanera by lining with Glad Aluminum Foil.
Decorate with carrots and some cheddar cheese at the bottom of the pan.
Pour the cooked ingredients and steam for 30 – 45 minutes.
