Chicken and Pork Adobo

Ingredients
- 1/2 kilo Monterey Pork Kasim- Adobo Cut
- 1/2 kilo Magnolia Fresh Chicken, cut into serving pieces
- 3 tbsp garlic, crushed
- 1 tbsp black pepper, freshly ground
- 1 pc bay leaf
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 3/4 cup vinegar (Sukang Paombong)
- 2 cups water
Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a saucepan.

Cook over high heat until mixture comes to a boil.

Reduce heat to medium and let simmer, covered for 45 minutes.

Remove cover and cook for another 5 minutes for sauce to reduce and thicken.
- Serving good for eight.
