Chicken and Pork Adobo

This chicken n' pork recipe is special enough to be served for dinner and can even be prepared at family cookouts by the beach! A certified classic.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 kilo Monterey Pork Kasim- Adobo Cut
  • 1/2 kilo Magnolia Fresh Chicken, cut into serving pieces
  • 3 tbsp garlic, crushed
  • 1 tbsp black pepper, freshly ground
  • 1 pc bay leaf
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 3/4 cup vinegar (Sukang Paombong)
  • 2 cups water

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan.

  2. Cook over high heat until mixture comes to a boil.

  3. Reduce heat to medium and let simmer, covered for 45 minutes.

  4. Remove cover and cook for another 5 minutes for sauce to reduce and thicken.

  5. Serving good for eight.
