Sausage Fettuccine



  1. Melt butter in a large pan and sauté onion and garlic.

  2. Add in Cheese Franks.

  3. Pour in chicken stock and cream.

  4. Mix well and bring to a boil.

  5. Lower heat to simmer then add in the cheese and cook until cheese has melted.

  6. Add in the parsley then toss in the cooked pasta.

  7. Sprinkle cheese on top before serving.

  8. Serving good for four.
