Chicken Puttanesca



  1. Heat olive oil in a saucepan.

  2. Sauté garlic and anchovies.

  3. Add ¼ tsp red finger peppers, 1 tsp capers and 3 pcs black olives.

  4. Add chicken, ¼ kilo tomatoes and 3 tbsp tomato sauce

  5. Let simmer for 1 minute over low heat.

  6. Stir in cooked pasta until well blended.

  7. Serve immediately and top with grated cheese.
