Chicken Cajun Pasta

  1. Prepare the cajun sauce by mixing salt, garlic powder, black pepper, cayenne pepper and paprika in a bowl.

  2. Coat the chicken strips and set aside to marinade.

  3. In a medium pan, melt butter then sauté bell peppers, bacon, mushrooms and chicken strips and cook for 2 minutes.

  4. Add tomatoes and green onions.

  5. Lower heat, add all-purpose cream.

  6. Let it simmer for 3-4 minutes.

  7. Top pasta with the sauce.

  8. Serve with grated cheese on top.
