Cook pasta according to package directions.
Cut chicken, ham and carrots into strips. Cut asparagus into 1” pieces.
Sauté all ingredients in ¼ cup butter. Set aside.
Using the same pan, melt remaining butter, add flour, and whisk into a smooth paste.
Add chicken stock and cream. Add the sautéed mixture. Season with salt and pepper.
Toss in the cooked pasta right before serving.
