Chicken Asparagus Pasta



  1. Cook pasta according to package directions.

  2. Cut chicken, ham and carrots into strips. Cut asparagus into 1” pieces.

  3. Sauté all ingredients in ¼ cup butter. Set aside.

  4. Using the same pan, melt remaining butter, add flour, and whisk into a smooth paste.

  5. Add chicken stock and cream. Add the sautéed mixture. Season with salt and pepper.

  6. Toss in the cooked pasta right before serving.

  7. Serving good for 10.
