Chicken Asparagus Pasta

Chicken pasta with a twist. Calling all veggie lovers! This pasta dish is definitely for you.
- 1/2 kilo Magnolia Chicken Breast Fillet, sliced into strips
- 1/4 cup garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup Magnolia Gold Butter
- 1/2 cup Purefoods Cooked Ham, sliced into strips
- 1/2 cup carrots, cut into strips
- 250 gms asparagus
- 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp white pepper
- 250 gms all-purpose cream
- 1 1/2 cups chicken stock
- 500 gms linguine
Cook pasta according to package directions.
Cut chicken, ham and carrots into strips. Cut asparagus into 1” pieces.
Sauté all ingredients in ¼ cup butter. Set aside.
Using the same pan, melt remaining butter, add flour, and whisk into a smooth paste.
Add chicken stock and cream. Add the sautéed mixture. Season with salt and pepper.
Toss in the cooked pasta right before serving.
- Serving good for 10.
