Aligue and Franks Pasta



  1. Melt margarine in a pan and sauté the garlic and German Franks.

  2. Add in the aligue and cook for two to three minutes.

  3. Stir in the lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.

  4. Add in the cilantro then toss in the cooked pasta.

  5. Serve hot.

  6. Serving good for four.
