Aligue and Franks Pasta

Ingredients
- 6 pcs Purefoods German Franks, sliced
- 1/3 cup butter
- 3 tbsp garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp cilantro, chopped
- 500 gms cooked spaghetti noodles
- 1 1/2 cup store-bought aligue (crab fat)
- juice from ½ lemon
- salt (to taste)
- pepper (to taste)
Instructions

Melt margarine in a pan and sauté the garlic and German Franks.

Add in the aligue and cook for two to three minutes.

Stir in the lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.

Add in the cilantro then toss in the cooked pasta.

Serve hot.
- Serving good for four.
