Steam tofu. Sprinkle with a little salt and pepper to remove tofu aftertaste.
Deep-fry tofu until slightly golden. Drain and set aside.
In a pan with oil, sauté garlic, onion, soy sauce, and chili over medium heat.
Add fried tofu.
Add calamansi extract, plus salt and pepper to taste.
Mix with Kewpie Spicy Cheese, Kewpie Japanese Mayonnaise, OR Kewpie Mayonnaise.
