Thai Chicken Skewers

Take your palate to an exotic adventure. Thai Chicken Skewers are marinated in generous amount of Asian spices and herbs that will bring your dining experience from the kitchen to the vibrant streets of Thailand.
- 10-12 pcs Magnolia Chicken Station- Chicks On Sticks
- 5 stalk lemongrass bulbs, crushed and chopped
- 1 cup Thai fish sauce
- 1 cup fresh lime juice
- 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves, julienned
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/4 cup garlic, finely sliced
- prepared Thai sweet-chili sauce (for dipping)
Mix chopped lemongrass (tanglad in Tagalog), fish sauce, freshly squeezed lime juice, fresh mint leaves, honey, and sliced garlic in a bowl.
Add the chicken sticks in the marinade and leave for at least an hour.
Grill chicken skewers until golden brown.
You can use the remaining marinade to brush chicken while grilling to preserve juiciness.
Best served with Thai chili sauce.
