Heat oil in the pan. Sauté garlic, onions, red bell peppers, and green finger chili peppers.
Mix cubed chicken breast fillet and sauté continuously until color of the chicken changes to light brown.
Add oyster sauce, fish sauce (patis in tagalog), water, and soy sauce. Let it simmer.
After, add chopped cilantro leaves (wansoy in tagalog) and chopped basil leaves.
While letting the dish simmer, add cornstarch water to add thickness to the sauce. Season with salt and pepper. Simmer for one minute.
After, place it on a bowl and garnish it with cilantro sprigs.
