Spicy Chicken Croquettes

Crunchy, spicy, and mouthwatering, chicken croquettes are an exciting addition to parties. Here are simple steps to creating the best palate sparkers!
- 500 grams potatoes, mashed
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper, ground
- 1 tbsp Dari Creme Margarine
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
- 2 tsps garlic, minced
- 2 tbsps onions, chopped
- 1 cup Magnolia Ground Chicken
- 2 tbsps chili garlic sauce
- 2 tbsps tomato sauce
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3/4 tsp black pepper, ground
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 pc egg, beaten
- 1/2 cup Panko breadcrumbs
- Magnolia Nutri-Oil (for deep frying)
Combine mashed potatoes, salt, pepper and margarine. Set aside.
Heat oil and sauté minced garlic and chopped onions.
Add ground chicken and cook until chicken changes its color.
Add chili garlic sauce and tomato sauce.
Season with salt and pepper and combine seasoned mashed potatoes and chicken mixture. Mix well.
Get 2 tablespoonfuls of the mixture and form into croquettes.
Roll in all-purpose flour, dip in beaten egg and roll again in panko breadcrumbs.
Fry prepared croquettes in hot oil.
- Cook for 10 –15 minutes or until golden brown and drain after.
Drain out the excess oil by placing your croquettes onto a plate with paper towels. Serve with honey mustard, tartar sauce, or any dip you prefer!
