- 1 whole Magnolia Fresh Chicken, cut into 8 parts
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp ginger juice
- 1/2 tsp Chinese wine
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- oil (for deep frying)
- 1 tbsp Magnolia Gold Butter, melted
- 1 tbsp garlic, chopped
- 1 tbsp char siu sauce
- 1 tbsp white vinegar
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp chili garlic sauce
- 3 tbsp Magnolia Gold Butter
- tomatoes and cucumbers, quartered
Marinate chicken in soy sauce, ginger juice, sugar and wine for 30 minutes.
Deep fry then set aside.
Mix butter, garlic, char siu sauce, vinegar, sugar and chili garlic sauce until blended.
Toss in fried chicken and coat evenly.
- Serve hot.
