Sesame Wings

Procedure

  1. Cut chicken wings into two.

  2. Marinate in Worcestershire sauce, sugar, salt and pepper for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.

  3. In a deep frying pan, heat oil.

  4. Combine flour and sesame seeds in a bowl. Set aside.

  5. Pat-dry chicken pieces in paper towel.

  6. Dip in eggs then add in flour-sesame mixture.

  7. Deep fry until golden brown.

  8. To prepare the sauce, mix all ingredients together.

  9. Blend well.

  10. Serve sauce with Sesame wings.
