Cut chicken wings into two.
Marinate in Worcestershire sauce, sugar, salt and pepper for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
In a deep frying pan, heat oil.
Combine flour and sesame seeds in a bowl. Set aside.
Pat-dry chicken pieces in paper towel.
Dip in eggs then add in flour-sesame mixture.
Deep fry until golden brown.
To prepare the sauce, mix all ingredients together.
