Ribs and Wings Oriental



  1. Mix soy sauce, brown sugar and sesame oil together and set aside.

  2. Put the ¼ cup cooking oil in a heavy skillet (preferably Teflon).

  3. Pan fry the chicken wings and set aside.

  4. From the oil left in the skillet, sauté garlic and ginger then, put the ribs.

  5. Turn the meat until slightly cooked and becomes white in color.

  6. Pour soy sauce-sugar & sesame oil mixture and water into ribs.

  7. Cover the pan and let it simmer until the ribs are fully cooked.

  8. Open the skillet every once in a while, turning the meat until the sauce mixes well with the meat.

  9. You may add another ¼ to ½ cup of water if the sauce thickens so soon.

  10. Once the ribs are cooked, mix in the pan-fried chicken

  11. Let it simmer until the meat pieces are tender and sauce thickens.

  12. When meat pieces are tender, pour half of the sesame seed and stir again.

  13. Upon serving, sprinkle the remaining sesame seed and onion leaves on top.
