- 3 tbsps cooking oil
- 1 cup Magnolia Chicken Station, Chicken Shanghai Mix, minced
- 1/3 cup chicken broth
- 1 1/2 tsp hoisin sauce
- 1 tbsp rice wine
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp black pepper, ground
- 1 tbsp spring onions, chopped
- bihon, fried
- iceberg lettuce
Sauté chicken shanghai mix in oil until color changes.
Add chicken broth, hoisin sauce, rice wine, soy sauce, and black pepper. Cook for 2 minutes.
Lastly, stir in spring onions.
- Remove from heat and serve with fried bihon and lettuce.
