Crispy Coconut Chicken Fingers

The easiest way to bring delight to the table is by cooking up some tender chicken fingers infused with refreshing coconut flavor. Now you’ve got yourself an amazing way to enjoy a “crispy on the outside, yet juicy on the inside” treat!
- 1 cup dessicated coconut
- 1/2 cup Purefoods Baron All-Purpose Flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper, ground
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 kg Magnolia Chicken Breast Fillets, cut into strips
- 1 pc egg, lightly beaten
- Magnolia Nutri-Oil (for deep frying)
- 1 pack Magnolia Best Fruits Jam, mango flavor
- 2 tbsps dijon mustard
Mix coconut, flour, salt, pepper, and garlic powder in a medium bowl.
Dip chicken strips into egg then coat with the coconut mixture.
Deep fry chicken strips in oil until golden brown in color.
To make the dip, combine mango jam and Dijon mustard until well blended.
- Serve hot.
